Tenure Track Faculty Position
Neural Engineering

The Department of Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. Candidates with a research emphasis on the interface between neuroscience and biomaterials and having a strong quantitative background are particularly encouraged to apply. The candidates are expected to build on our existing strong collaborations within the BME department, the School of Engineering, with basic science departments in our School of Medicine including the Case Center for Translational Neuroscience, and clinical affiliates. Both the BME department and the School of Medicine are highly ranked and are located in close proximity to each other. Qualified applicants for Assistant Professor should have a Ph.D. and the potential to advance in research; demonstrate an emerging record of scholarship, teaching, and service relative to career stage; and have a commitment to continued research, publication, service, and creative activity.
