Set-up: Please remember that you are asked to setup your presentation in Veale on April 6, 2005 between 8 am and 1 pm. A color-coded map showing the specific location of your presentation will be posted on the Research ShowCASE website under Program in the next few weeks. Please check for the map by the last week of March. A copy of the map will also be available at Veale on April 6, 2005 and staff will be there to assist you in finding your presentation location.
Presentation: All presenters are expected to be at Research ShowCASE by 7:45 am on April 7, 2005. Dr. Hundert's opening remarks will begin promptly at 8:00 am. Graduate students who have entered the graduate student poster competition should be at their posters between 8:30 and 11:30 am. All others should be by their presentations based on their Presentation ID. Those with even Presentation IDs should be at their presentation between 8:30 and 11:30 am. Those with odd Presentation IDs should be at their presentation between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm. This will allow everyone some time to view presentations other than their own and to attend some of the panel discussions, workshops, or sessions.
Tear-down: Presentation tear-down begins promptly at 4:00 pm and all presentations need to be dismantled by 5:00 pm. Staff will be on hand to assist you in tearing down your presentation.
