BIOMEDICAL IMAGING TO BE HIGHLIGHTED DURING THE SPRING 2005 BME SEMINAR SERIES.
Research investigators at Case Western Reserve University, including investigators in the Departments of Biomedical Engineering, Radiology, Physics, and the Case comprehensive Cancer Center, are developing a broad biomedical imaging research program with special emphasis in small animal imaging and in vivo cellular and molecular imaging. The Frontiers in Biomedical Imaging Spring 2005 Seminar Series highlightes this new program by showcasing innovative biomedical imaging research anc clinical applications.
This seminar series will appeal to physicians who use biomedical imaging to diagnose and monitor clinical cases. These seminars will also appeal to basic science researchers in many biomedical and engineering disciplines. These events also provide a forum for new campus-based and regional investigators to form new multidisciplinary biomedical imaging research teams.
Support for this seminar series is provided by:
Allen H. Ford Distinguished Visiting Professor Program
John Adamczyk
Case Center for Imaging Research (CCIR)
Elmer L. Lindseth Endowment
Cleveland Biomedical Imaging Group (CBIG)
Case Comprehensive Cancer Center Blood Club
Academic Careers in Engineering and Science (ACES) program at Case Western Reserve University
Ohio Wright Center of Innovation (WCI) and Biomedical Research Technology Transfer (BRTT) program
