Learn The Facts About Being a BME Major

A BME INFORMATIONAL SESSION WILL BE HELD
AT THE CASE MAJOR MINOR FAIR

Are you confused about what major is right for you? Do you enjoy math and science? Are building bridges, designing aircraft, or purifying petroleum just not fulfilling enough for you? Do you want to have a significant impact on another human being's life? Then a major in Biomedical Engineering is for you. A Biomedical Engineer (BME) applies engineering principles and methods to solve problems in biomedical research, healthcare, medical diagnosis, medical therapy, and the prevention and treatment of disease and injury.

To learn more about the Biomedical Engineering as a major, the BME Department will have a information table set up in Fribley Dining Commons on Wednesday, November 23, 2004 from 6-7:30 pm and in Leutner Dining Commons on Thursday, February 3, 2005 from 6-7:30 pm. Both Biomedical Engineering faculty and current students will be on hand to answer questions about the department, track sequences, research opportunities, and careers.  

So please join us and find out how you can become part of our top ranked program and engineer better health for the future. Do not forget that the first year student declaration of major date is March 1, 2005.
