• 6/09 -	Tim Mariano successfully defended his PhD dissertation.
• 5/09 -	Adam Boger and Tim Bruns were hooded at the Graduation diploma ceremony by Ken Gustafson, officially becoming PhDs (Beth elected to stay on her international "working" vacation).

• 3/09 -	Beth Lewandowski, Tim Bruns, and Adam Boger successfully defended their PhD dissertations.
• 2/09 -	Obinna Nwanna was named conference track men's co-athlete of the week.
• 12/08 -	Obinna Nwanna became the first NCAA DIII national qualifier in the pentathalon.
• 10/08 -	Adam Boger and Tim Bruns gave talks at the BMES Annual Fall Meeting in St. Louis, Missouri, on 10/4/08.
• 8/08 -	Tim Bruns gave a talk at the 30th Annual IEEE EMBS International Conference in Vancouver on 8/22/08.
