Your Hiring Source for Biomedical Engineers
The Case BME Student Employment Program provides a simplified system
for matching talented students with the needs of biomedical engineering employers.
We provide a comprehensive approach that incorporates filling your full-time, part-time,
co-op, or internship vacancies with undergraduate and graduate students at no cost to you.
For full-time positions at the BS, MS, and/or PhD levels, our department
works individually with employers to fill these needs. Employers may e-mail job postings to
Kathy Gill at kag13@case.edu, which will then be
disseminated to all relevant BME students.
For cooperative education opportunities (two 7-month rotations)
or industrial summer internships, our department works directly with employers. Most
of these positions are filled with our undergraduate students; however, some internships
are also filled at the graduate level. At the undergraduate level, our department works
with employers to match up the student's
specialty area with the employers needs. We
have found that this creates a more meaningful experience for students and employers.
If you are wishing to fill such an opportunity, please contact Kathy Gill at 216-368-8534
or via e-mail at kag13@case.edu. The Department of
Biomedical Engineering also works closely with the University's
Cooperative Education Program.
For employers at local medical centers, universities,
or other research facilities, who want to hire undergraduate BME students
during the semester or summer, we offer an
online job posting system.
This system allows you to post your position, set selection criteria,
and review resumes online. |
