of biomedical instrumentation and provides hands-on
experience for students in EBME
310, Biomedical Instrumentation. The purpose
of the course is to develop design skills and laboratory
skills in analysis and circuit development.
Course Goals
EBME 360 is the laboratory counterpart to EBME
310, Principles of Biomedical Instrumentation.
In EBME 360, students obtain hands-on experience with
transducers, circuits, and complete instrumentation
systems discussed in EBME 310.
As a 1-credit laboratory class, students are expected
to spend on average 3 contact hours per week conducting
laboratory exercises and analyzing results.
