The Department of Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve has formed a board of experts in industry, government, and academia, who provide guidance on our educational program, curricula, and departmental objectives. Additionally, board members also provide assistance in identifying career opportunities, including full-time, part-time, co-op, and internships. Currently, the BME department has approximately 15 board members. Most of these individuals are in senior level positions with their respective organization. Several board members are alumni of our BME program. Organizations represented include large national fortune 500 companies, start-up companies, large federal government agencies, and other universities with top biomedical engineering programs. The board meets annually to discuss various issues. If you or your organization is interested in learning more about the Case BME Advisory Board, please contact Robert Kirsch, at 216-368-3158 or e-mail rfk3@case.edu
